Sight Reading - To develop the student's fluency.
Theory - To develop the student's knowledge of the fundamentals of music.
A.M.E.B. Exam Preparations - These help identify the student's progress and help develop musical and performance skills.
A.M.E.B. Examinations...
Students may be recommended to sit for the Australian Music Examinations Board exams several times a year for both pianoforte and theory. These are held at the A.M.E.B. studios on Auburn Rd, Melbourne or in a local area near you.
These exams are recommended for children or adults who wish to be accredited for their musical achievement. Exams are subject to an enrolment fee. The decision to enter students is at the recommendation of the teacher and then in consultation with the student and/or parents.
School Holidays...
Lessons continue during school holidays and on public holidays unless otherwise requested.
