My name is Lisa and I’m from Lake Macquarie, NSW, Australia.
I am a mum of two beautiful boys aged three and one. Over the last 3 years I have become passionate about health and fitness.
Before falling pregnant with my first child, I had a very active lifestyle. I was a state swimmer and a Seaman in the Navy.
After having a beautiful pregnancy (or not so, with severe morning sickness throughout) I found myself carrying a few extra kilos. I tried everything from shakes, pills and fast diets and quickly discovered they are NOT a quick fix……
Come my second little boy, he also left me with a few extra kilos. So it was time to find something that worked. I knew straight away that what I was looking for wasn’t just for me but for all mums who live a very busy lifestyle. I found there wasn’t enough available for mums like us, who can’t find the time to hit the gym 4-5 days a week.
So over the last year I have been busy creating this guide, researching and trialling. I have finally found something that WORKS!
Now I want to help women all over the world discover their dream body!!
